The client:
Brighton City Reads

The brief:
To create a special user-friendly reader's guide for the third annual Brighton & Hove City Reads project.

The format:
24pp full-colour A5 booklet.

The concept:
To develop the style devised for the previous year's City Reads guide and again create an accessible yet informative one-stop resource for the project. I honed the successful ‘routes into reading’ concept and offered short, sharp snippets of digestible information that would complement clean and striking contemporary design.

The feedback:
‘From working with hundreds of readers at events for this year’s City Reads project, the main thing I am hearing from everyone is how much they love the Reader’s Guide – it is the most popular part of the entire project. Combined with the beautiful design, which complements the text perfectly, it is a wonderful piece of work.’
